Northland Surf Camp | Taupō Bay & Ahipara
Join us for an epic two-night 3 day surf adventure exploring some of Northland’s most iconic waves. Based in the far north - we’ll spend our days chasing the best conditions possible, surfing locations including Taupō Bay, Rarawa Beach and the legendary Ninety Mile Beach.
This camp is all about maximising water time. Expect early morning surfs, sunset sessions, and plenty of opportunities to improve your surfing while scoring as many waves as possible. Our flexible itinerary allows us to move between locations and make the most of the conditions each day.

Food:
Food is not included in the camp price. We’ll stop at local supermarkets daily so you can purchase meals, snacks, and anything else you need for the trip.

Northland, New Zealand offers the perfect setting for our surf trips – with stunning beaches, warm water, and a relaxed coastal vibe. Known for its natural beauty and consistent waves, it's an ideal destination for young surfers to build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy unforgettable adventures with friends.
Our accommodation is based at beautiful Taupo Bay, and throughout the trip, we’ll surf at some of Northland’s most iconic beaches – the options include Taupo Bay, Rarawa Beach, Ahipara, Shipwreck Bay, and Henderson Bay depending on conditions.

Sleeping bag and pillow
Food and ingredients for meals – students are responsible for bringing their own food. We'll guide and support them with cooking, and stop at supermarkets daily for any food purchases
Plenty of energy – this surf trip is full of fun, adventure, and good times!
Own Surf board and Wetsuit is optional (the team at Sky’s Surf School have a full range of suits and boards for our surfers to use however if you have your own gear feel free to bring this along instead !!)
